‘Tis the season for Christmas merchandise releases! Although Christmas is still close to two months away, Disney Parks are rollin out their Christmas merchandise on a daily basis. Below are the items we found while at the World of Disney at Downtown Disney in Disneyland.
As of Sunday, October 27, no Christmas items were at Disneyland or California Adventure (with the exception of the Starbucks ornament/ceramic travel mug)
Each year, the Christmas merchandise has a certain theme that carries throughout. This year, the main colors are looking like red and a lighter green. The style of Mickey and Minnie are a vintage style, wearing holiday clothes in the two aforementioned colors.
Another theme this year is Disney Christmas snacks. Any type of clothes imaginable have this pattern. It’s vibrant and adorable, with the main colors being red, green, browns, and whites. This print is on a variety of colored fabric, depending on the item.
We found three of the Christmas themed Minnie ears. These are buffalo plaid (red/black) with a fuzzy white bow, sequin red and green peppermints with a sparkly red bow, and the gingerbread Mickey and Minnie ears, with a candy red bow. All are adorable! We picked up a peppermint pair.
The Christmas sweaters follow the vintage theme, with same color palette.
Another print we found, is similar to the Disney snacks print, but with a closer look, the print has more traditional Christmas items, such as candy canes, snowflakes, Christmas tree, and Mickey/Minnie.
Many items have mermaid (two-sided) sequins. This adorable crew neck Minnie sweatshirt is one of them.
There are a few Christmas Loungefly bags out. Following with one of the big themes of the year, one is patterned with the Disney Christmas snacks. The Mickey one pictured above is very cute.
Although we have many of the items shown here, this does not include everything. There are a few spirit jerseys that have been released. One being a red jersey, with the snacks print on the bottom and Disneyland across the back. Another is in our first picture above, it is a black shirt with Mickey on the front, in a candy cane pattern. Disneyland across the back, in the same candy cane print.
We hope you enjoy the information provided and will update as we can! Have you seen these items in person yet? What’s your favorite
